Mainstay Systems is a service operated by Applied Ego Software LLC (“Applied Ego Software LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Missouri limited liability company. These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging programs we operate and supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile number and opting in — for example by checking the consent box on a form, confirming during onboarding, or texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from Mainstay Systems at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may applyaccording to your mobile carrier's plan. Mainstay Systemsdoes not charge you for receiving messages, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages, except as needed to process the opt-out. To rejoin, opt in again.

Mainstay Systems also enables our business customers to text their own customers. When a business uses our platform, that business is responsible for obtaining prior express consent from each recipient and for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements. We provide the tools to capture and document consent, process STOP/HELP automatically, suppress opted-out contacts, and respect quiet hours.
